To ensure that our customers are completely satisfied and have confidence in their purchase, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 7 days of delivery.
Within seven days of receipt, items that may be returned/refunded or exchanged must meet the following criteria:
1. Damaged/broken or soiled items upon arrival.
2. Incorrect size/color of items received.
3.Unworn and unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within 7 days of receiving.
Nota bene: Damage caused by improper use, third-party repairs, or damage caused by your own modification or other human factors will not be considered a quality issue.
Items That Are Not Returnable
We do not accept returns under the following circumstances:
1. Items outside the 7 days warranty time-frame
2. Items that have been damaged , worn, used, or abused.
3. Orders that are personalized or customized are final sales and cannot be returned.
4.Products not sold on the www.militadowatch.com website.
5.The color difference between the photo shooting and the actual object is not in the quality range.
Notes: All returns must be authorized through the Support Center by our Team. Without a Return Merchandise Form, returned merchandise will not be accepted.
Returns Procedure & Timeline
To avoid any delays, please carefully follow our returns procedure:
1. If your item is returnable (see above), please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
Product name Order number
The reason for the return
2.Within 48 hours, our customer service team will respond to your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) and our return address.
3.Please return the item in accordance with our instructions and send us proof of return after you have returned it.
4. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will contact you via email to arrange an exchange or refund within 5 days.
Note: The time it takes to receive a refund is determined by the method of refund. The time it takes for your refund to be credited to your account is determined by the operations of the various banks or payment platforms. It could take up to 10 business days. If the returned item does not meet the return conditions or requirements, we will contact you and return the item(s) to you at your expense.
Return Shipping Fees and Address
All shipping costs are borne by the customer. This includes the cost of shipping for a return or exchange. The shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please email email@example.com.
Any watch received with damage, wear, or signs of use is not returnable or exchangeable. In addition, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Items that are not returned are not eligible for RETURN or REFUND. In order to receive a refund or return, the incorrect item OR item that you no longer want must be returned.
Upon receiving the returned product and verification if the product is in the original condition, We will process the return within 3 working days (72hrs) and there is a 7% cancellation fee and $50 for the shipping costs incurred by us. Funds will only be released once item is received and inspected.
Please take note that if you would like to make a refund before order is processed (shipped), there will be a 7% cancellation fee imposed as well.
For product that is shipped and tracking code is ready, a cancellation fee of 7% + USD 50 charges for postage fee wastage and return handling fees (including tax) will apply.
