Every watch purchased from Militadowatches.com comes with a two-year warranty.
Any manufacturing defect or insufficient logistical handling that results in defects/damage during transit/prior to receipt is covered by Militado Watches' defect on arrival warranty.

In an event of warranty claims after 7days of receipt, the customer is responsible for returning the item to us. Customers are responsible for all transportation costs, including postage, insurance, and packaging materials.

It is recommended that customers purchase shipping insurance to protect themselves against missing parcels prior to delivery to us for warranty purposes. Please keep in mind that if watches are not received, the warranty will automatically expire.

A typical timeline for a repair/warranty claim is 30 days from the date the repair/warranty quote was approved. Before work is completed, any costs incurred for non-warranty repairs will be communicated for approval.

The purchase of a watch from us does not include the following:

- Damages caused by unauthorized modification/opening/repairs, improper usage, alterations, or tampering with the item.

- Negligence/Accident/Misuse that results in defects or damage.

Please keep in mind that our watch warranty does NOT cover normal wear and tear, which includes the following:

- Crown threads are stripped

- Disassembly of the crown mechanism/stem

- Movements are attracted

- Dropping or inadvertently inflicting impact on watches, resulting in movement damage

- Watches are harmed by water when the crown is not properly screwed down.

- Damaged components (i.e. case, case back, bracelet/straps due to normal wear and tear)

- Battery depleted

If any of these issues arise, please keep in mind that these items are NOT covered by warranty and you will be responsible for repairing them on your own dime.

To be used in conjunction with purchases from our Accessory collections, which include the following: (Bezels, Bezel inserts, Date Disc, Crystals, Watch Hands, Dials, Bracelets, Straps, Crowns, Buckles, Cases, Chapter rings)


Bear in mind the following:

- Prior to shipping, all accessories will be inspected and tested.

- In the event that a product is received that is defective, you will be offered a replacement, a refund, or a repair.

- Defective products must be reported within 72 hours of receipt to be covered by the manufacturer's defective warranty.

- NO WARRANTY WILL BE PROVIDED UPON USE OF ANY ACCESSORIES PRODUCTS FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY WEAR AND TEAR, MISHANDLING, OR DAMAGES CAUSED BY ACCESSORIES FITMENT.
